Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical components of production equipment and systems. This includes linear baggers and other technologies. The technician will perform basic maintenance related to all processing equipment and should have experience with both high and low voltage electrical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical components of production equipment, including linear baggers and other systems.
  • Perform maintenance on processing equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC equipment.
  • Experience with gear boxes, servo motors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
  • Ensure equipment and area cleanliness to comply with GMP standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of GMP, FDA, SQF, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $85280.00/yr.
