The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the reliability of mechanical rotating and process equipment. She/he performs preventative and predictive maintenance, mechanicaland process system troubleshooting as well as problem solving measures and other routine maintenance functions. Major Responsibilities:Install and rearrange complex equipment. Apply electrical training to be able to reset drives, test electrical circuits and perform simple wiring of circuits after training is complete. Diagnose complex equipment failure. Dismantle, repair and reassemble complex equipment. Perform work in the mechanics skill area, such as fabrication, assembly, welding, burning, cutting and pipefitting.
