EXCELLENT SCHEDULE: work-week consists of one 6-hour day then three 12-hour days, then OFF THREE DAYS CONSECUTIVELY
Must be willing to work overtime, and weekends and/or holidays if necessary. Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment to minimize production downtime events.
- Assist with various work orders throughout the facility.
- Input completed tasks in SAP and other required computer programs.
- Communicate with managers and employees within the Maintenance department and other departments, responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Perform all other assigned duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least one year of experience in an Industrial Maintenance role within a manufacturing facility (Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry experience is a big plus).
- Minimum one year of experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and PLCs; experience in HVAC or Ammonia-based Refrigeration is a plus.
- Electrical experience in 480v 3-phase industrial power is required.
- Minimum one year of experience with a variety of equipment maintenance, including lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control, and packaging equipment.
- Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying in units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Completion and maintenance of required safety trainings such as Lock Out/Tag Out, Powered Industrial Truck certifications, and HazCom.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check.
WORK SETTING
- Exposure to varying environmental conditions, both indoor and outdoor.
- Temperatures ranging from warm to very cold, heavy noise, humidity, moving vehicles, and slippery floors.
- Occasional lifting, up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, walking, kneeling, climbing, and bending for much of the shift.
- Compliance with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for assigned tasks is required.
