Job Description :
As a Multi-Craft Plant Maintenance Mechanic, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our client's manufacturing facility. This involves conducting preventive maintenance and repairs across a range of property and production assets, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are functioning effectively in various capacities including electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic. Your role is crucial in adhering to strict food safety and plant safety protocols, contributing to the continuous operation of our facility.Qualifications:- Proven expertise in one or more technical areas: electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, electronic- Experience in equipment maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and material handling- Competent in mathematical operations- Proficiency in using basic hand tools- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend for most of the shift; occasional climbing or balancing- Capability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds- Ability to work in cold, wet conditions with moderate to high noise levels- Availability to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and holidaysJoining this team presents unique benefits, especially for transitioning military personnel who are looking to apply the skills developed during their service in a civilian setting.
