Maintenance Technician - Comrise : Job Details

First Shift : 6:00am-2:30pm

Essential Job Functions:

Update and manage preventative maintenance program

Schedule and provide machine maintenance to all machines

Schedule and provide machine maintenance according to preventative maintenance schedule

Troubleshoot and repair machines as needed

Maintain UniPoint and repair logs accurately for tracking needs and accounting records

Provide support to CEO and President as needed

Cross-train with support personnel and provide back up as needed

Conserve energy and organizational resources when possible

Skills/Requirements:

Assist in other duties as needed and directed

Working knowledge of machine tool components

Working knowledge and ability to troubleshoot CNC machine controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Ability to read and understand schematics (electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic)

Ability to efficiently communicate with OEM machine service personnel

Must be able to identify and contact replacement part distributors as needed

Maintain confidentiality

Thoroughness and attention to detail

Develops alternative solutions when needed

Ability to operate and obtain forklift license

Valid driver s license

Ability to operate snowplow

Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
