This role involves performing various maintenance duties, including preventative, emergency, cosmetic, and routine maintenance, along with inspections. The work emphasizes safety, physical effort, troubleshooting, problem-solving, attention to detail, customer service, and time management.

• Respond to work orders, coordinate with residents and management.
• Ensure preventative maintenance is scheduled and performed timely.
• Conduct cosmetic and routine maintenance across the community.
• Handle unit turnovers and prepare for new move-ins, meeting deadlines.
• Perform move-in and move-out inspections.
• Conduct quarterly inspections with preventative maintenance.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and masonry repairs and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work with the Property Manager.
• Be on-call for emergency maintenance during off-hours and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to function in an on-call capacity.
• Require basic math and computer skills; fluency in English; bilingual skills a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience in apartment development or similar.
• Knowledge of REAC and other regulatory inspections is a plus.

Pay Range: $26.00/Hr. - $29.00/Hr.
