The Maintenance Technician @ First Colonial Inn is responsible for the upkeep of the community through the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and support equipment. This associate ensures the safety and health standards for the property are being met, resulting in a safe and secure environment for residents, family members, guests and associates. Schedule: FT - Sunday - Thursday 9 am - 5:30 pm. Pay Range: Starting at $18/hr - $21/hr Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays.
