Maintenance Tech - Riverside Health System : Job Details

Works under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance. Performs basic electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry work. Responsible for the installation, maintenance ( preventive and corrective) troubleshooting and repair of facility buildings and equipment. Renovations to rooms and apartments. Work with other departments on special assignments. Subject to on-call coverage, shift changes and emergency 12 hour shifts (i.e. snow removal, hurricane clean up, etc. ). Snow removal/storm clean-up includes, but is not limited to shoveling and cleaning of entranceways, walkways and parking lots of snow, ice and/or debris. Assists with the clean-up of spills. Must be able to work for residents in independent living and assisted living. What you will do.
