Maintenance Tech III -Neptune - Edgewood Properties : Job Details

Responsible for executing maintenance, including: diagnosing problems and making repairs in order to maintain the physical condition of the community according to operating and safety standards and to ensure that service requests repairs and Turns are made in a timely manner. Reports To:Sr. Maintenance Manager/ Maintenance Manager/ Maintenance Supervisor Supervises:No Direct Reports; may assist in supervising Maintenance Technicians I and II with responsibility for scheduling, work assignments, training, etc. Classification:Non-exempt/ Hourly - eligible for overtime Essential Job Functions: Supv/ Master- Directly oversee staff and Holds Master License in HVAC, High Pressure Seal- Boilers, Masters Plumbing License. HVAC: maintain/diagnose/repair/replace residential and commercial systems. Plumbing: maintain/diagnose/repair/replace plumbing fixtures and supply & drain lines, replace water heaters.
