We have an exciting opportunity with a company currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at its upcoming high-speed, fully automated center in Illinois!

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor

  • Strong background in automated manufacturing environments

Post-secondary education in mechanical/electrical or related fields

  • Willingness to travel extensively within Canada and the U.S. during the first year

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and accountability across all maintenance shifts in the fully automated 24/7 facility

Develop and manage performance reports, tracking key metrics (KPIs) and analyzing recurring system faults

Partner with the Site Manager to assess and refine maintenance protocols while upholding service level commitments

Ensure maintenance teams are properly resourced and scheduled, with close oversight of staffing levels, overtime, and overall team effectiveness

Manage the use and maintenance of the Witron Computerized Management System, ensuring compliance with all scheduled, corrective, and preventive maintenance activities

Inspire and guide the team as a proactive coach and mentor, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement

Drive maximum equipment uptime through effective execution of both scheduled and reactive maintenance strategies
