Park Place Student Housing Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. Duties:Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. Resolve maintenance issues in the area of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair. Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements 12 months of onsite experience. Multifamily experience. Must have knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs including electrical, mechanical, carpentry, locksmith, painting, room turns and other general repairs.
