Archer Meat Snacks-the 4th largest meat snack brand in the U.S.-is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team at our Vernon, CA plant.As Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading daily maintenance operations, owning preventative maintenance processes, and partnering cross-functionally to drive plant efficiency. You'll oversee and develop a team of technicians while ensuring Archer's equipment is running safely and reliably in a fast-paced production environment.This is a critical, high-impact role at the heart of our operations.
