We are currently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor, to work in our Housing Office. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you would be responsible for:

+ Oversight of the physical assets, general maintenance, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects

+ Have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, carpentry, painting, dry wall, and other building systems

+ Implement procedures for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment

+ Supervision of maintenance technicians

+ Respond to sites in the event of an emergency to provide direct relief or to arrange and monitor the activities of a contractor

Maintenance Supervisor Minimum Salary: $58,500.00 annually

Maintenance Supervisor Maximum Salary: $58,500.00 annually

Maintenance Supervisor Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30am 5:00pm, on-call shifts may be required

Qualifications:

+ Vocational/Technical School and/or training

+ 3-5 years of experience

+ Valid NYS Drivers License
