Join MJV Property Solutions, a family-owned business, as a Maintenance Specialist. Play a key role in ensuring the quality and comfort of our properties by addressing tenant maintenance requests promptly and effectively. This role emphasizes customer service and asset preservation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance work, from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with outside vendors on improvement projects (e.g., HVAC, roofing).
• Work with the owner and office team to meet service order metrics.
• Handle maintenance requests and diagnose issues.
• Dispatch clear instructions to onsite teams and vendors.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Pass a background check.
• Experience in maintenance.
• Understanding of home systems (appliances, HVAC, etc.).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed due to a rotating on-call schedule (typically one weekend per month).
• Ability to work in a team or independently to meet deadlines.
• Hourly rate dependent on experience
• Raises as earned.
