Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets is seeking a Maintenance Planner Scheduler who is responsible for the daily planning and scheduling/prioritizing of work assignments for plant maintenance operations according to established procedures.

What You Will Do:

  • Establish a regular/preventive maintenance strategy and plan
  • Coordinate work assignments of Maintenance Technicians with the Reliability Supervisor, Engineering Manager and Production/Distribution Management
  • Receive and processes work orders
  • Procure spare parts and supplies
  • Maintain all maintenance data and records in the reliability database
  • Match employee skills with work assignments and schedule work by employee and shift with direction from supervisor
  • Initiate work assignments based on production, warehousing, and equipment needs and inputs and reviews work for completion and correctness (This assignment is not supervisory, and does not have responsibility for employee performance)

Position Details:

  • Location: Fresno, TX
  • Work Week and Shift: Monday - Thursday, 10 hour day shift
  • Pay starting at $38.00 per hour based on experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing
  • Team-management and leadership experience
  • Experience with SAP/Prometheus
  • Documentation management experience
  • Knowledge and skill of CMMS maintenance scheduling software.
  • Familiarity with Maintenance operations and industrial equipment and parts
  • No immigration sponsorship is available for this role.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal vocational training in plant maintenance activities with emphasis on industrial applications or equivalent job experience in electricity & instrumentation, mechanics, machine operations, general plumbing, heating ventilation and air conditioning, boiler operations, pipe fitting, and welding.
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding and practice of electrical, electronic and/or mechanical procedures.
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding and practice of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronic instrumentation and control devices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good working knowledge of all electronic and PLC based applications in an industrial environment. .
  • Familiar with all applicable safety and environmental codes, rules and regulation as applied.
  • Familiarity with PSM/OSHA guidelines.
  • Familiarity with Mechanical Integrity as part of OSHA PSM.
  • The ability to develop new maintenance standard operating procedures based on manufacturers recommendations

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The pay for this role starts at $38.00 per hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
