Maintain a peaceful and secure community environment for our residents and staff. Security and maintenance duties included:Patrol building for resident safety and equipment checks. First responder to, and investigate complaints, thefts, vandalism, accidents, or incidents and promptly report to the management, law enforcement officials, or emergency/rescue personnel as is appropriate. Light maintenance as needed salt and shovel walkways for safety during ice & snow, respond to plumbing issues in maintenance off hours, light bulbs, etc. Resident services as needed such as package delivery, valet vehicles, etc. Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED. The Glen will pay for required security license class and certification if needed. Experience Requirements: 2 years' experience preferred. Valid NYS Driver's License required.
