Sodexo is hiring a Facilities Condition Assessment Specialist for public and private K-12 schools, involving national travel. The ideal candidate will have experience documenting Facility Condition Assessments in VFA Capital Planning Software or similar, and will manage technical training and mentoring for Facilities Engineers and mechanics. Strong executive presence and extensive mechanical expertise are essential for presenting to C-suite clients on complex mechanical, facilities, and asset management projects, including Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. A history of heavy technical experience, training teams, conducting Gap Analyses, and using data to improve Facilities Maintenance Programs is required.
