Maintenance Mechanic - Marshall, MN - Archer-Daniels-Midland Company - ADM : Job Details

Under general supervision, builds, maintains, and repairs production equipment for all departments as required. Essential Job Functions:Disassemble and identify mechanical failures and performs repairs on production facilities equipment as required. Performs preventative maintenance (PM) duties on production equipment, vehicles, locomotives, material handling, and conducts regular inspections of production equipment to determine immediate and future maintenance requirements. Document time spent and parts used on projects by completing time records through the use of Maximo along with maintaining inventory of replacement parts, equipment, and maintenance requirements. Installs new equipment and aligns equipment for production use as required. Rebuilds pumps, motors, seals, gearboxes, and similar production equipment. May recommend purchase decisions with the department lead or supervisor. Provide work direction to less experienced Maintenance Mechanics or assist in training.
