Job Description - Lead and develop the maintenance team, fostering safety and efficiency.
- Oversee preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure reliable operation of equipment and facilities.
- Manage troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
- Partner with production and quality to maximize uptime.
- Develop and manage budgets and capital projects.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements.
- Ensure OSHA and company compliance with all activities.
- Conduct safety inspections and corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement and adopt new technologies.

The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing setting (food or beverage industry preferred).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proficiency in CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
- CMM certification or OSHA safety training preferred.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends, holidays, or off-hours to support operations.
