Job Description

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, fostering safety and efficiency.
• Oversee preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure reliable operation of equipment and facilities.
• Manage troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
• Partner with production and quality to maximize uptime.
• Develop and manage budgets and capital projects.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements.
• Ensure OSHA and company compliance with all activities.
• Conduct safety inspections and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt new technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing setting (food or beverage industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
• CMM certification or OSHA safety training preferred.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends, holidays, or off-hours to support operations.
