Maintenance Manager - Mastech Digital : Job Details

Summary

The role is a Maintenance Supervisor/Manager position responsible for overseeing employee safety, preventive maintenance programs, major equipment repairs, vendor services, and project coordination in a manufacturing environment. The person will lead safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies. They will manage maintenance staff, schedule work, conduct performance reviews, and ensure training on safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, Arc Flash, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years industrial maintenance/manufacturing experience.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Strong background in electrical, hydraulics, injection molding, and PLC programming.
• Lean 5S certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
