About the Opportunity: In partnership with our client, we are hiring a Maintenance Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Rockland, Maine. This role leads the facility maintenance team, ensures production equipment uptime, implements preventive maintenance programs, and upholds safety and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates bring hands-on technical knowledge and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment (CN - Cs, welders, robotics, etc.)Ensure compliance with OSHA and local codes; oversee safety protocols and investigations. Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings. Coordinate with contractors, facility services, and regulatory agencies.
