Work Shift : Salary Exempt (United States of America)

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and making decisions regarding the proper functioning of hydraulic and electrical equipment that manufactures blow-molded bottles and containers.

Activities include :

  • Manage and lead a team of mechanical & electrical personnel in executing safe and effective maintenance procedures.
  • Oversee a maintenance program that includes preventative and routine maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
  • Lead mechanical staff in repairs or rebuilds of equipment to prevent breakdowns, ensuring safety and accurate documentation.
  • Train and develop the maintenance team professionally.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify solutions.
  • Manage spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Set goals and objectives for the maintenance department aligned with plant and business goals.
  • Maintain equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Improve equipment availability and advance preventative and predictive maintenance programs to achieve plant reliability.
  • Utilize maintenance technicians and equipment efficiently, and improve planning and scheduling processes.
  • Drive improvements through training, capital projects, and other initiatives to enhance productivity and control costs.
  • Analyze maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain a parts inventory system for proper spare parts management.
  • Evaluate employee performance to identify training and development needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

    • Qualifications : 5+ years of experience as a plant-wide Maintenance Manager, Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Engineering discipline preferred), injection molding or foaming experience preferred, PLC experience a plus.

    Targeted Pay Range : $109,400.00 - $136,300.00
