Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and making decisions regarding the proper functioning of hydraulic and electrical equipment that manufactures blow-molded bottles and containers.
Activities include :
Manage and lead a team of mechanical & electrical personnel in executing safe and effective maintenance procedures.Oversee a maintenance program that includes preventative and routine maintenance to minimize machine downtime.Lead mechanical staff in repairs or rebuilds of equipment to prevent breakdowns, ensuring safety and accurate documentation.Train and develop the maintenance team professionally.Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify solutions.Manage spare parts inventory.Ensure compliance with corporate standards and applicable laws and regulations.Set goals and objectives for the maintenance department aligned with plant and business goals.Maintain equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards.Improve equipment availability and advance preventative and predictive maintenance programs to achieve plant reliability.Utilize maintenance technicians and equipment efficiently, and improve planning and scheduling processes.Drive improvements through training, capital projects, and other initiatives to enhance productivity and control costs.Analyze maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.Develop and maintain a parts inventory system for proper spare parts management.Evaluate employee performance to identify training and development needs.Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.Qualifications : 5+ years of experience as a plant-wide Maintenance Manager, Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Engineering discipline preferred), injection molding or foaming experience preferred, PLC experience a plus.
Targeted Pay Range : $109,400.00 - $136,300.00
