Maintenance Manager - Index Search : Job Details

The Manager of Maintenance is accountable for managing, administering, and coordinating all maintenance services required by the Plant. Responsible for providing technical assistance and maintenance services to all phases of operation at the Plant. Heavy focus on the maintenance of current equipment and requires most of the time out on the floor leading.

• Must be able to work on plant floor in “heavy metals” or rough + tough manufacturing environment
• Ability to assist hands on with equipment
• Experience in managing multiple people. (day to day & hiring/firing)
• Manager should be SELF DRIVEN
• “ambitious to make changes, find gaps / spot issues, find the fix, fill the gap or bring multiple solution options to Plant Manager and Engineering Manager
• Mentorship for Maintenance-Mechanics- Electricians
• Around 10-15+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing maintenance. (Not someone at end of career- room for growth)

*Would consider manufacturing industries like: Paper, steel, “foundry type” industries, mining, heavy metals, industrial manufacturing and similar industries
