MAINTENANCE MANAGER

FPC Bangor is working with a manufacturing facility, looking for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will direct, supervise and coordinate activities of 8-12 maintenance workers engaged in servicing and repair of various facility and transportation equipment.

Responsibilities:

·Oversee mechanical integrity and process reliability of facility equipment.

·Coordinate contractor and vendor activities for maintenance items outside the scope of the maintenance crew.

·Maintain proper equipment and repair documentation through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

·Participate in a leadership role with the Hazardous Materials Response team.

·Maintain and document Management of Change and Mechanical Integrity programs under Process Safety Management (OSHA) and Risk Management Plan (EPA).

·Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of the high-pressure steam plant. Possess or be willing to obtain a Fourth Class Stationary Steam Engineer license from the State of Maine.

Requirements:

Engineering degree; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in heavy manufacturing preferred.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
