Epic Personnel Partnersis seeking aMaintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager: Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, supervises and assigns tasks related to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems. Involves planning and scheduling routine maintenance, inspecting facilities to identify issues, and ensuring that all work areas are clean, organized, and safe. Is also responsible for managing resources, solving problems independently, and interacting effectively with all levels of management.

Salary:$57,500 - 64,000 / year

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign tasks to maintenance employees.
• Oversee the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dock and break areas.
• Plan and schedule routine maintenance and establish work priorities.
• Inspect facilities, diagnose problems, and initiate corrective actions.
• Manage materials, equipment, and supplies for maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Eighteen months of post-secondary education or training in general maintenance or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in general maintenance, including recognizing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Technical school training and three years of related field experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office software.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work in various physical conditions, including different temperatures.
