Job Summary:We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team, focus on continuous improvement, and provide strategic support to plant operations. The goal is to maximize efficiencies and lower total cost of ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage preventative maintenance programs, payroll, and parts procurement
• Ensure compliance with licenses, permits, and safety procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
• Develop and implement measures to improve machine efficiency
• Oversee maintenance team and supervise technicians

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or related field experience
• 10+ years of progressive maintenance experience in food manufacturing
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of automated systems and lean principles

Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle
• Bilingual in Spanish
