Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Ranburne, AL. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily equipment maintenance, implement preventive maintenance strategies, manage maintenance and repair tasks, and ensure the efficient operation of facility machinery. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate work schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Skills in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair
• Strong Supervisory Skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, Associates Degree or Experience of over 10 years.
