Role: Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role within our manufacturing plant, supporting our production team to drive efficiency while maintaining high safety, quality, and standards. This position leads the Maintenance Mechanic team, mentoring staff to minimize downtime, implement TPMs, manage CAPEX projects, and ensure compliance with all guidelines.

Nationality Requirements

Candidates must be eligible for the relevant security clearance due to the sensitive nature of our programs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and coach Technicians and Admin staff.
  • Implement and maintain TPM initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for the department.
  • Manage maintenance vendors, ensuring validation, negotiation, and support for company initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with the production team.
  • Control downtime through routine preventive maintenance and compliance monitoring.
  • Provide mechanical maintenance support and information.
  • Prepare maintenance reports by analyzing data and trends.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment following regulations.
  • Contribute to team efforts and achieve related results.
  • Ensure documentation complies with OSHA and EPA requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of related experience, including 1+ years in leadership.
  • OSHA 10 certification or equivalent.
