Location: Kokomo, INSalary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescription: Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance ManagerThis Job Will Have The Following ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a motivated individual with food manufacturing experience to perform a variety of tasks. This position is responsible for all maintenance planning and coordination of plant machinery and equipment. Primary objective is to utilize personnel, equipment and systems to ensure maximum production quantity and quality for the Company by performing the following tasks:

• Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained for safe, uninterrupted production
• Update and manage equipment documentation and repair records
• Develop and execute Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs
• Maintain inventory of essential spare parts and tools
• Oversee facility and property upkeep to meet internal standards
• Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, gas); propose and implement cost-saving strategies
• Track and manage wastewater metrics (BOD, pH levels)
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational efficiency and safety
• Schedule and coordinate safety repairs and updates
• Administer Process Safety Management (PSM) Program and Refrigeration Systems
• Train and mentor maintenance team to achieve performance and safety goals
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage facility security and access
• Maintain proper documentation of MSDS sheets
• Enforce use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols
• Promote adherence to company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration across all organizational levels
• Service-oriented mindset with a respectful and team-driven approach
