Overview

Herzog Transit Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Maintenance Management System Manager (MMS Manager) in Miami, FL to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage electronic inventory systems and databases.
• Liaise with the Mechanical team for planning and operations execution.
• Build and oversee project schedules.
• Promote Herzog's culture and ensure regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in business or contract administration preferred.
• Minimum five years' experience managing electronic inventory systems, especially MMS systems like SFRTA.
• Experience with MMS management in railroad or transit settings.
• Knowledge of commuter rail terminology and processes.
• Proficiency with commercial software systems and quick problem resolution.
• Ability to learn Herzog proprietary systems and train others.
• Experience in preparing presentations, reports, and managing procurement processes.
• Flexible work schedule ability.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Background check, motor vehicle report, physical, medical evaluation, and drug screening.
• Maintain safety certifications annually.

Physical Requirements

• Office environment, extended sitting, computer use.
• Occasional standing, walking, lifting, bending.
• Color/vision and auditory tests required.
