Maintenance Line Technician Apprentice. Starting Wage $30.00/hr. Day Shift - This is a pre apprenticeship program, you will not be fully certified by the State of Wisconsin upon completion of this program. In addition to the following, employees are responsible for understanding the relevance and importance of the individuals activities in contributing to food safety, and reporting situations that may impact food. STATEMENT OF THE JOB:Under the direction of the Department Supervisor, this position will be responsible for the overallperformance of an assigned area. The line tech is primarily concerned with operation and direction of employees in such areas as changeover, start-up, continuous operation, and shutdown of the process. The line tech should be able to operate, adjust, troubleshoot, clean and repair all equipment in the asigned area.
