Job Description :
Project Planning & Coordination Develop and manage maintenance and improvement project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate work with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors. Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as environmental best practices. Execution & Oversight Oversee and, when necessary, participate directly in repair, maintenance, and construction activities. Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards. Troubleshoot challenges and adjust plans as needed to keep work on track. Historic Preservation & Climate Resilience Implement maintenance and restoration practices that protect the historic integrity of the yards structures and waterfront features. Anticipate and mitigate climate-related risks, including storm impacts, sea level rise, and changing weather patterns.
