Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize equipment reliability, ensure effective maintenance execution, and drive preventative maintenance programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using advanced testing and measuring tools. Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, including installation, repair, adjustment, and calibration of mechanical and electrical systems. Inspect, measure, adjust, and calibrate equipment and components to ensure precision and operational efficiency. Lead and monitor preventative maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and ensure plant-wide equipment reliability. Collaborate with teams to promote maintenance best practices and continuous improvement.
