The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including repair, troubleshooting, and general upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The position requires the ability to work independently and effectively with a team, ensuring all maintenance work is completed efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Ensure that maintenance tools and equipment are used properly and safely.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics to perform repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger repair projects.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE for independent driving.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
