• Lead and support maintenance technicians to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Create daily maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs with operations.
• Monitor equipment to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Help with plant improvements and expansions.
• Maintain records, track work orders, and prepare maintenance reports.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (supervisory experience a plus, not required).
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Familiarity with PLCs (Omron or Mitsubishi experience is a plus).
