Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing**+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment service schedules+ Support maintenance team with clerical tasks including work order processing and data entry+ Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery of parts and supplies+ Assist in tracking compliance with safety and operational procedures+ Prepare reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews+ Provide backup support to the Plant Administrator to key HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and general employee assistance.**What Are We Looking For**+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems+ Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams+ Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment+ Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement**Work Environment**This role is based at a quarry site and involves working in an industrial environment. The position requires regular interaction with maintenance personnel, equipment, and administrative systems.
