Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment service schedules. Support maintenance team with clerical tasks including work order processing and data entry. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery of parts and supplies. Assist in tracking compliance with safety and operational procedures. Prepare reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews. Provide backup support to the Plant Administrator to key HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and general employee assistance. What Are We Looking For.
