Maintenance Engineering Manager - Tulsa, OK

They are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead and direct their maintenance team. This role involves maintaining machinery and equipment by performing scheduled maintenance, diagnosing issues, and conducting repairs to reduce downtime. The Maintenance Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

• Preventive Maintenance & Repairs: Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, and implement measures to prevent failures.
• Emergency Response & Troubleshooting: Quickly respond to breakdowns, analyze and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Maintenance Planning & Inventory Management: Develop maintenance schedules, manage work orders, and ensure adequate inventory of spare parts.
• Technical Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, ensure safety compliance, and identify opportunities for safety improvements.

The Maintenance Engineering Manager should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with experience in equipment maintenance, engineering, and project management.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including PLC/HMI programming.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and continuous improvement strategies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
