Key Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve work-in-process issues, ensuring seamless production flow.Proactively ensure operational compliance to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.Provide guidance and support to our Maintenance Planner, Inventory Specialist, and Supply Chain Analyst.Oversee our facility's CMMS program and data management, continuously refining policies to enhance efficiency.Develop and implement maintenance KPIs and MDI metrics to drive facility goals and performance.Manage inventory and maintenance budget effectively to optimize resources.Coordinate OEM Technician inspections and repairs to minimize downtime.Act as a subject matter expert for equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving.Recommend and implement process and equipment improvements to drive operational excellence; reliability engineering focusCollaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.What You Need:Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant experience.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and results.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, including RCI, 3P, Value Stream Mapping, and statistical analysis.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
