Maintenance Engineer I/Heating and A/C - City of Virginia Beach Virginia : Job Details

The Maintenance Engineer I/ Heating and A/ C will be responsible for supervising a crew of (3) HVAC technicians located at the Virginia Aquarium, Human Services Building, Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), Law Enforcement Training Academy, Animal Care and Adoption Center, and other buildings as assigned. This position will also supervise a crew of (2) HVAC technicians who provide HVAC services to all City facilities during weekend work hours. The work schedule for this position is Friday - Monday 6 am - 4:30 pm. In addition, this position requires a valid HVAC Journeyman's license. Perform daily building checks both physically and through a building automation system computer of all HVAC equipment located within the assigned zone.
