• Location: Marietta, OH

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all areas of the community including grounds, fences, parking, community buildings, pools, furniture, appliances, HVAC, and lift stations
• Maintain service and power equipment, tools, and kitchen equipment
• Coordinate preventative maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines
• Keep records of maintenance and repairs using work order systems
• Communicate repair status to management
• Provide 24/7 on-call maintenance services
• Conduct daily inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including fire safety and hazard prevention
• Manage maintenance supply inventory
• Respond to resident and staff maintenance requests and concerns
• Collaborate with management on community marketing and operations
• Supervise Maintenance and Housekeeping teams

Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential maintenance
• Maintain required licensure and certifications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License if needed
• Effective communication skills in English
• Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, plumbing, electrical, HVAC
• Physical ability to perform exertion tasks, including lifting 50-100 lbs, standing, climbing, and working after hours
• Valid driver's license or willingness to obtain one
