GENERAL FUNCTION: Under the supervision and direction of the Branch Director, the Maintenance Director I will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the branch facility which includes pools, preventative maintenance, plumbing, electrical and some HVAC.

Education/Experience:
Minimum 26 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum of eight years' experience in a licensed trade; trouble shooting and mechanical equipment and facility repair processes (i.e. plumbing, heating, electrical, paint, construction, and concrete work)Must have experience using computers and programs to include Microsoft OfficeValid Kansas driver licensePhysical/Mental Demands:

Facilities Development:
Maintaining complete familiarity with all risk management procedures and policies.Assisting in managing all minor to major building and facility repairs across the Association.Assisting in maintaining a standard inventory of supplies and equipment.Ensuring safety throughout each facility and all programs.Maintaining and repair all equipment and items used in a timely manner.Maintaining all member areas properly and repair any deficiencies in a timely manner.Performing preventive maintenance, adjustments, and basic repairs onPlumbingElectricalHVACPainting/Patching/DrywallCabinetry/Millwork repairsPool systemsMaintaining Clean and Safe environmentPublic Relations:
