What You'll Do:

• Oversee and maintain thephysical environmentof the community, both inside and out.
• Ensureelectrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systemsare in top working order.
• Perform and overseerepairs, preventative maintenance, and Life Safety compliance.
• Keep documentation up to date in theLife Safety Book and TELS maintenance programfor audits and surveys.
• Identify andresolve issues quicklyto maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide asafe and welcomingatmosphere for residents, families, and staff.

What You Bring to the Team:

✔Minimum of 5 years' experienceas a maintenance assistant or supervisor in a skilled nursing setting.✔Hands-on experienceinplumbing, electrical, HVAC, and sheetrock repair(including tape and float).✔Familiarity with Life Safety codesand compliance requirements.✔Strong organizational and computer skills, including email, Word, Excel, and internet usage.✔ Aproactive, problem-solving mindsetwith a commitment to quality and safety.
