In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department, including hands-on completion of necessary repair work, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility. You will also ensure that the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. Candidates must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, demonstrate leadership, and be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures.

Responsibilities also include oversight of the Laundry/Housekeeping Departments.
