• Hire and direct staff, providing dependable maintenance services while improving operational efficiencies and reducing costs.
• Present a professional image to customers, providing supervision, training, and hands-on assistance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, OBRA, NFPA, EPA, JCAHO, and the State Department of Health.
• Collaborate with the facility's management team, including the Administrator, and coordinate with other facilities and the corporate office for guidance.

• Associates Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience, plus 3-5 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years of management/supervisory experience in a related field.
