The Maintenance Director is responsible for ensuring our communities are structurally safe, sound, and secure for our residents. This includes plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and beautification projects. The ideal candidate can handle it all!

• Oversee maintenance of community exterior and interior, performing or supervising tasks or coordinating outside maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding maintenance, building codes, and safety drills; maintain necessary documentation for assisted living and memory care communities.
• Monitor maintenance requests daily and address concerns promptly, including repairs and general upkeep.
• Repair community equipment or coordinate repairs by outside services, including HVAC units, water heaters, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and appliances.
• Provide emergency maintenance services on an on-call basis.
• And other duties as assigned.

Join us if you meet these requirements:

• High school diploma or college degree
• 2-3 years of similar experience, preferably in senior living
• HVAC certification
• Skill in mitigating water damage
• Strong team-building, motivational, and financial skills
