• Experience in electrical, HVAC, repairs, or maintenance
• Supervision of maintenance and housekeeping staff
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Maintain and repair equipment, systems, structure, and grounds
• Manage department budget and supplies
• Supervise staff, hire, train, schedule, and process work orders
• Obtain quotes and oversee outside vendors
• Use maintenance management system for documentation
• Schedule preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Perform other duties, including after-hours availability and Manager-On-Duty
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Follow safety policies and procedures
