Maintenance Director Responsibilities:

• Maintain grounds, including exterior repairs, lawn care, and waste removal.
• Maintain interior spaces, including offices and common areas.
• Oversee repair of community equipment and ensure proper staff training.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and refurbish units post-move-out.
• Maintain fire safety, emergency records, and conduct required inspections.

Qualifications:

• Maintenance experience preferred; knowledge of minor repairs in structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and HVAC systems required.
• Experience with building safety and hazard mitigation preferred.
