This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily maintenance operations to ensure facility safety, functionality, and compliance.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance personnel; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and the facility structure.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.
• Oversee facility repairs, upgrades, and improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Thorough knowledge of safety regulations, building systems, and maintenance best practices.
