This position is responsible for the maintenance of the club's property, including but not limited to general facility maintenance, building repairs, construction projects, and equipment maintenance. The role involves responding to requests and concerns, as well as identifying unsafe and hazardous conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect all properties daily to ensure building operations meet the club's standards and procedures.
- Perform regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with team members daily.
- Respond to reported maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain outdoor grounds.
- Perform tasks related to electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems in a timely manner.
- Supervise maintenance associates within your assigned region.
- Monitor building security and safety.
- Maintain maintenance logs.
- Keep records of purchases and inventories of maintenance supplies.
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- HVAC skills.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
